Mix some tight vocal harmonies with a good dose of rhythm and swing, add a touch of honky-tonk just for fun, and you have Newbern & Co.  A vocal duo showcasing jazz, standards, and contemporary styles, Meryl and Wade weave a unique blend of sound and story with their original, inventive arrangements. Their adventures have included a wide variety of events and venues, such as the Newburgh Jazz Festival, a commissioned piece performed in San Francisco Bay, and zoos.
